Very rare English made Egg scale / scales / grader

This is a very strange egg scale wich I never have seen before. The egg scale is English and consists three separate adjacent individual weighing scales. On the scales is stamped: 1 5/8 OZ or over, 1 7/8 OZ or over and 2 3/16 OZ or over. Original cleaned condition.
