This is an awesome glass vase by the master designer, Paul Nicolas. Paul Nicolas entered Emile Gallé’s crystal glassworks in 1893 as a decorator. Due to his knowledge in botany, he was in charge of creating floral compositions. Certain pieces displayed by Gallé at the 1900 World Fair were in fact largely designed by Nicolas.
